Meet Phoebe
Hi, I’m Phoebe, the founder of Phoebe’s Honey Bees.
My passion for childcare began through my experience working in both creche and primary school settings, where I discovered how rewarding it is to support children as they learn, grow, and develop. Over the years, I have built strong relationships with children and families, caring for children of different ages and supporting their individual needs.
What I enjoy most about childcare is helping children feel valued, included, and supported while creating a safe and nurturing environment. Seeing children happy, confident and comfortable in my care is what makes this work so rewarding.
Through these experiences, I realised how important it is for parents to have someone they can genuinely trust. This inspired me to create Phoebe’s Honey Bees, a service built on care, connection, and reliability.
